"I want to take this time to write a review on Tania at this location. I am giving her 5 stars because over the past few months she has gone above and beyond to resolved an issue. So a few months ago I had an issue and it seemed like it could not be resolved. I was agitated, aggravated and just upset, because every time I thought I took care of the issue, it came right back. Some way it got on Tania's desk and even though the process has been long. I must say that she goes out of her way to keep me informed, she sends emails, texts and make phone calls. I have to say, that she is the reason why I do business with State Farm. Tania I just want to say thank you for great customer service. It feels good to know that you truly cares about your clients."

"I have been with this State Farm agency since 2011. My initial and ensuing contacts over the years with Stephanie were outstanding. She had always been extremely conscientious, friendly and exceedingly helpful. Her knowledge, professionalism and people skills were stellar. Over the past few years, I have been in contact with other representatives of the agency. While they have been generally friendly, I find it very frustrating and irresponsible that phone calls are not returned. This has occurred often over the last few years. I’m annoyed that I have to call again on my own when calls are not returned. If I reach the answering service and leave a message, call are generally not returned. If I continued to work with someone like Stephanie, my rating would be 5+ stars."
